To celebrate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), the Staff Department of Lang Son Provincial Police organized incense offering to commemorate heroic martyrs at Hoang Dong Martyrs' Cemetery and visited and presented gifts to relatives of officers and soldiers who are policy families in the unit, according to the Lang Son Provincial Police e-Portal.
In the solemn atmosphere at Hoang Dong Martyrs' Cemetery, leaders and officers and soldiers of the Staff Department respectfully offered incense and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs who bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
Before the spirits of the heroic martyrs, the collective of officers and soldiers vowed to continue to promote the tradition of the people's police, cultivate political bravery, improve the spirit of responsibility, solidarity, creativity, and determination to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
The working delegation then visited, encouraged and presented gifts to relatives of officers and soldiers who are policy families. Representatives of the Chief of Staff cordially inquired about the health and life of the families, expressed their gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations in the cause of national liberation and defense of the Fatherland; and at the same time wished the families to continue to promote revolutionary traditions, being a fulcrum for officers and soldiers to feel secure in their work and successfully complete their tasks.

Representatives of the families expressed their emotion at the concern of the Party Committee, leaders and officers and soldiers of the Staff Department; affirmed that they will continue to preserve family traditions, encourage their children to strive to train and contribute, contributing to building a regular, elite, and modern Lang Son Provincial Police force.
The gratitude activity is an opportunity for officers and soldiers to review revolutionary traditions, educate the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", "Gratitude", cultivate patriotism and sense of responsibility towards previous generations. Thereby continuing to arouse pride, encouraging officers and soldiers to uphold the spirit of responsibility, dedicatedly serve the people, contributing to ensuring security and order in the province.
