The all-people movement to protect national security is becoming an important foundation in maintaining security and order in Tuyen Quang province.
With the core role, the police force has implemented many synchronous solutions, promoting the strength of the people, gradually building a people's security posture associated with a solid people's heart posture, according to Tuyen Quang Electronic Information Portal (TTĐT).
The Provincial Police have proactively advised Party committees and authorities at all levels to issue many guidelines and plans suitable for each locality. Situation grasp work is carried out regularly, helping to promptly detect and handle problems arising from the grassroots level, preventing the formation of hotspots for security and order.
In parallel with that, propaganda work has been innovated in a practical and easy-to-understand direction. Officers and soldiers directly go down to the grassroots level, to each village, hamlet, and household to mobilize and disseminate the law.
In ethnic minority areas, the police force implements the "4 together" motto - eating together, living together, working together, speaking the same ethnic language; and at the same time promotes the role of village elders, village heads, and prestigious people in the community.
One of the highlights of the movement is the construction and replication of self-management models on security and order. Notably, the "Self-management Group on Security and Order" model helps people proactively detect, provide information, and participate in mediating conflicts right from the grassroots level.
The "Family self-management model on security and order" is effective in many ethnic minority areas, contributing to raising awareness of law compliance in each family.
In the context of digital transformation, the "Camera security" model is being implemented on many roads and residential areas with the participation and contribution of people. The camera system effectively supports investigation work, while contributing to preventing and deterring crimes. In addition, models such as "Security loudspeaker", "Legal propaganda associated with reputable people" or "Safe security gateway for security and order" continue to be effective at the grassroots level.
The Provincial Police also linked the all-people movement to protect national security with socio-economic development programs, poverty reduction and new rural construction. Many officers and soldiers directly support people in building roads, building houses for poor households, and taking care of students in difficult circumstances. These practical actions contribute to consolidating people's trust in the Police force.
Along with that, the arrangement of regular police to hold commune police positions has improved the effectiveness of ensuring security and order right from the grassroots level. This force promptly advises on resolving arising cases, and at the same time directly mobilizes and guides people to participate in the movement.
From synchronous solutions, the political security situation in the province has been maintained, social order and safety are basically stable, people's awareness of law compliance and the spirit of fighting and preventing crime are increasingly enhanced. This is an important foundation to continue building a people's security posture associated with a solid people's heart posture in the new situation.
