According to the Report on the results of the Administrative Reform Index (CCHC) in 2025 just announced by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Tuyen Quang province recorded a strong promotion.
Specifically, Tuyen Quang's administrative reform index (PAR Index) in 2025 reached 90.01 points, ranking 18/34 provinces and cities nationwide; leading the group of 7 northern mountainous and border provinces including: Tuyen Quang, Lai Chau, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Dien Bien, Son La and Lao Cai.
At the same time, the satisfaction index of people with the service of state administrative agencies (SIPAS) in 2025 of Tuyen Quang reached 83.44%, ranking 16th/34 provinces and cities and second in the group of northern mountainous and border provinces.
According to the April 2026 Socio-Economic Development Report of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee, administrative reform and digital transformation continue to be identified as one of the key tasks.
Localities maintain review and reduce the time to resolve administrative procedures; strengthen digitization of dossiers, connect and share data to serve the implementation of Project 06; and at the same time promote the provision of online public services and non-cash payments.
At the Provincial People's Committee meeting in April 2026, Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc requested departments, branches, and localities to continue to improve the responsibility of heads in administrative reform, taking people and businesses as the center of service.
At the same time, promote the resolution of administrative procedures in the electronic environment, limit the situation of slow dossier resolution, and improve service quality at the grassroots level.
According to the 2025 APS Index report of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the top 5 localities in the country include Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Dong Nai, Ninh Binh and Hanoi.
