Mu Ca Commune Police coordinated to support the installation of electrical equipment for 53 households, contributing to improving life and ensuring social security in the border area.

Mu Ca commune (Lai Chau province) has 53 households eligible for electrical equipment after meters according to Resolution No. 09/2026/NQ-HDND. To implement the policy, the Commune People's Committee has established a working group of 22 officials, soldiers, civil servants, public employees and coordinating forces from the Commune Police, Commune Military Command, Mu Ca Border Guard Station, Bum To Electricity, Regiment 880 and departments, branches, and unions in the area, according to the Lai Chau Provincial e-Portal.

In the process of implementation, Mu Ca Commune Police and members of the working group closely coordinated with village heads and party secretaries of Mu Ca, Ma Ky and Phin Kho villages to conduct field surveys and transport electrical materials and equipment to each household to organize installation.

The terrain of the mountains is rugged, travel is difficult and unfavorable weather conditions have significantly affected the implementation process. However, with a sense of responsibility, the forces overcame difficulties, directly installed electrical panels, light bulbs, power lines and guided people to use electricity safely and economically.

In parallel with the installation of equipment, the working group also promoted propaganda to help people understand the purpose and meaning of the Party and State's support policies; raise awareness about safe and effective electricity use, contributing to improving living conditions and improving the quality of life for beneficiary households.

The policy implementation initially received consensus and positive response from the people. Households supported expressed excitement and confidence in the Party's guidelines, the State's policies, as well as the concern of Party committees and authorities for people in remote and isolated areas.

The results of implementing Resolution No. 09/2026/NQ-HDND in Mu Ca commune not only contribute to improving the material and spiritual life of the people but also show the concern of the Party and State for ethnic minorities in border areas.

This is also an activity contributing to the effective implementation of the goal of sustainable poverty reduction, ensuring social security and strengthening the close relationship between the police force and the people in the area.
