The model "Peaceful Parish, respecting God and loving the country" at Ngo Xa Parish, Nghia Dan commune (Hung Yen) is promoting the role of dignitaries, officials and Catholic compatriots in maintaining security and order (ANTT) at the grassroots level.
The model was built and consolidated from January 2026, including 12 members of the Steering Committee who are leaders of the Commune People's Committee, representatives of departments, branches, mass organizations, commune police forces, the Parish Priest and the Pastoral Council of Ngo Xa Parish.
The model aims to strengthen coordination between the police force and dignitaries, officials and Catholic compatriots in propaganda and mobilization to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws; raise awareness of prevention and combat against crimes and social evils; proactively grasp the situation and resolve cases related to social order and safety right from the grassroots level.
To date, the model has organized 2 propaganda sessions, disseminating laws, attracting over 100 turns of dignitaries, officials and parishioners to participate. 100% of households in Ngo Xa Parish sign commitments to comply with the law and participate in ensuring social order and safety.
The content of propaganda focuses on preventing and combating crime, social evils, preventing fraud in cyberspace, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, and identifying methods and tricks of criminal activities.
Through the model, the people provided 2 reports and information sources related to ANTT, of which 1 information was valuable, helping the police force to verify and handle. Model members also coordinated to grasp the situation, propagate, mobilize and resolve 1 case and conflict arising at the grassroots level, contributing to limiting the risk of complexity regarding ANTT.
The model also contributes to mobilizing parishioners to practice a civilized lifestyle, participate in patriotic emulation movements, social security activities, and build a cultural life; thereby strengthening religious and non-religious solidarity.
Initial results show that the model has strengthened the coordination between the police force and dignitaries, officials and Catholic compatriots, promoting the role of the people in preventing and combating crime, contributing to building the people's security posture and the movement "All people protect national security" from the grassroots level.
