In Truong Xa village, Nghia Dan commune, Hung Yen province, Ms. Nguyen Thi Le - employee of the social insurance (BHXH) and health insurance (BHYT) collection agency of Luong Bang Social Insurance, Hung Yen province - has been attached to the work of mobilizing people to participate in insurance for many years.
Previously, Ms. Le was an employee of the commune health station. Since 1998, in the process of going for intravenous fluids and injections at home for people, she combined propaganda and explanation about social insurance and health insurance policies.

Persistence and dedication gradually create trust in the community. Up to now, every month she collects social insurance and health insurance for hundreds of people. For difficult cases, who do not have money to pay at the right time, she also advances money so that people do not interrupt the participation process, in some cases they are supported throughout the year.

In Truong Xa village, Ms. Ly Thi Duan has participated in social insurance and health insurance for more than 10 years. Her family members also maintain insurance participation. According to Ms. Duan, her husband often has to go to the hospital, so the family realizes that health insurance plays an important role in reducing medical examination and treatment costs.
Along with promoting the role of collection staff and collaborators at the grassroots level, Hung Yen Provincial Social Insurance promotes propaganda on voluntary social insurance and household health insurance policies in many forms.
Recently, the Provincial Social Insurance organized mobile propaganda at GO Hung Yen supermarket, Pho Hien ward, helping to directly reach people who have not participated or do not fully understand the policy.
Previously, in April, propaganda teams including social insurance officials and collection staff went to residential areas and each household to advise and mobilize people to participate.
