Ngoc Thien Commune Police (Bac Ninh) has just organized a conference to disseminate laws on fire prevention, fighting and rescue (PCCC and CNCH), preventing property theft crimes against religious and belief establishments in the area in 2026, according to the e-Portal of Bac Ninh Provincial Police.
Attending the conference were representatives of leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of the commune, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations, commune police officers and soldiers, and representatives of religious and belief establishments.

At the conference, commune police reporters disseminated legal regulations on fire prevention and fighting and rescue; analyzed common fire and explosion risks at religious and belief establishments such as using incense, candles, oil lamps, burning votive paper or unsafe electrical systems.
Delegates were instructed on measures to manage fire sources, heat sources, check the electrical system, arrange incense burning and burning areas, and equip initial fire fighting equipment.
In addition, the police force guides skills in handling fire and explosion situations, using portable fire extinguishers, organizing escape, rescuing people and procedures for coordination with functional forces when incidents occur.
The commune police also provided information on the security and order situation in the area, and the operating methods of property thieves at religious and belief establishments.
Functional forces recommend that establishments strengthen inspection of doors, locks, and fences; install surveillance cameras; strictly manage donation money and promptly notify when suspicious signs are detected.
In the discussion section, representatives of religious and belief establishments exchanged difficulties and obstacles in ensuring security, order and fire prevention and fighting safety. Opinions were answered by police officers, guiding solutions suitable to actual conditions.
At the end of the conference, representatives of religious and belief establishments signed commitments to ensure fire prevention and fighting and rescue safety, and prevent property theft crimes.
The activity contributes to raising awareness and responsibility of grassroots managers, promoting the movement "All people protect national security" and maintaining security and order right from the grassroots level.
