On the afternoon of June 22, the Party Committee of the Border Guard Command of Dong Thap province organized a Conference to sign a Regulation on coordination with the Party Committees of 11 communes and wards in the border area.
According to regulations, the parties will strengthen coordination in leading and directing the implementation of the task of managing and protecting national border sovereignty and security; promoting the combined strength of the entire political system and the People to participate in building a people's border defense, maintaining stability in the border area.
At the conference, representatives of Party committees of border communes and wards highly agreed with the signed contents, and at the same time committed to continue to closely coordinate with the Border Guard force in exchanging information, firmly grasping the local situation, maintaining political security, social order and safety and effectively implementing national defense and security tasks on the border line.
The signing of the Coordination Regulation creates a basis to improve the effectiveness of coordination between the Border Guard force and local Party committees, promoting the strength of the entire political system in managing and protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
