Within the framework of the program to participate with the working delegation of the Coast Guard Region 3 Command to survey, visit and work in the Con Dao special zone in 2026, on the morning of April 12, the delegation of Ho Chi Minh City led by Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, organized an incense offering ceremony to commemorate heroic martyrs at Hang Keo Cemetery, Hang Duong Cemetery and Con Dao Temple.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegates respectfully offered incense, observed a minute of silence, and expressed their deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs, revolutionary soldiers and patriotic compatriots who bravely sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation.
Each place name, each grave, each incense stick of gratitude offered is a reminder of the heroic pages of history, fostering pride, patriotism and responsibility to continue the glorious traditions of previous generations.
The activity not only carries the meaning of origin and remembrance, but is also an opportunity to educate practical revolutionary traditions, contributing to fostering political bravery, living ideals and spirit of service in the team of cadres and city delegates.
