Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee organizes a meeting to review the preparations for the groundbreaking ceremony of inter-level boarding school sites tomorrow, September 19. 3. Provincial leaders request departments, branches, and localities to closely coordinate and synchronously deploy tasks to ensure that the groundbreaking ceremony takes place solemnly, safely, and on schedule.
According to the plan, in the simultaneous start of construction across the country, Ha Tinh has 5 inter-level boarding school projects for primary and secondary schools being implemented in land border communes including: Son Kim 2, Son Hong, Vu Quang, Huong Xuan and Huong Binh.
The total investment is about 945.6 billion VND. To serve the groundbreaking ceremony, relevant units have developed detailed scripts, organizational plans and delegate lists. Logistics, stage arrangement, groundbreaking area, and gifts for students in difficult circumstances have been prepared synchronously.
Plans to ensure electricity, telecommunications, security and order, fire prevention and fighting, and environmental sanitation have also been carefully reviewed. Notably, the main bridge point is located in Huong Xuan commune - the online connection point with the Central Government.
The investor has coordinated with local press agencies to build reports, complete the program script and prepare technical conditions for live television.
At the meeting, delegates focused on contributing opinions on the progress of completing the preparation items, from program content, communication work to organization work, to ensure that the ceremony takes place synchronously with localities across the country.
Mr. Dang Tuan Anh - Chairman of Huong Xuan Commune People's Committee - said that the locality has mobilized the entire political system, carefully reviewed the power grid, contingency plans, environmental sanitation, ensuring the best conditions for the groundbreaking ceremony.
Concluding the meeting, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the proactiveness of the units in the past time, and at the same time requested to continue to carefully review each stage, especially technical infrastructure, reception work, welcoming delegates and conditions for serving people to attend. Propaganda about the meaning and objectives of the projects also needs to be promoted before the commencement time.
Previously, Ha Tinh had implemented a number of boarding school projects in the border area and continued to prepare for the expansion phase. According to the general plan, the groundbreaking on March 19 is part of the program to simultaneously invest in boarding schools in border communes across the country, in order to improve learning and living conditions for students in difficult areas.
The synchronous preparation from facilities to organization shows the local determination in implementing the policy of developing education in border areas, ensuring the progress and quality of projects right from the starting stage.
