The project is built on the land of the Ha Tinh Center for Meritorious Nursing and Social Protection, on Dong Mon Street, Tran Phu Ward.
The project has a total investment of 90 billion VND, of which Thien Tam Fund sponsored 70 billion VND, 20 billion VND from the local counterpart budget.
The project includes a 3-storey house serving the care and treatment of subjects and caring for and treating; 2 2-storey high-quality care and nurturing houses with auxiliary items such as solar power systems; equipment for rooms, treatment rooms; yard system, internal roads, trees and environmental landscape.
According to the plan, the project will be completed and put into use from the fourth quarter of 2026.
The implementation of the project not only demonstrates the deep concern of Ha Tinh province and Thien Tam Fund for social security work, but also contributes to gradually completing the system of care facilities for the elderly and social protection beneficiaries in a modern, humane and sustainable direction, meeting the development requirements in the new period.
It is known that in 2025, Thien Tam Fund has supported nearly 100 billion VND to help Ha Tinh people overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 and 26 billion VND to support schools and health stations to recover after the storm.
