Supporting Great Solidarity House for old woman selling scrap metal

    Ms. Le Thi Phuoc, residing in Long Xuyen ward, An Giang province, who is in particularly difficult housing circumstances, was awarded a Great Solidarity house.

    On April 4, the General Staff Department of An Giang Provincial Police organized a ceremony to award a Great Solidarity house to Ms. Le Thi Phuoc, residing in Long Xuyen ward. This is a practical activity, to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Police General Staff Force (April 18, 1946 - April 18, 2026).

    Ms. Phuoc is in a lonely situation, working as a scrap collector to earn a living day by day. The current condition of her old house is dilapidated, degraded, and not safe to live in.

    Faced with Ms. Le Thi Phuoc's difficult housing situation, the Provincial Police Staff Department mobilized philanthropists to support 50 million VND to repair the house to help Ms. Phuoc stabilize her life.

    On this occasion, the Provincial Police Staff Department also presented Ms. Le Thi Phuoc with a gift.
