In the afternoon of April 21, 2026, Mien Tay Ethnic Minority Boarding High School in coordination with Nghia Lo Ward Police organized a propaganda and legal education program for more than 400 students throughout the school, contributing to raising awareness and skills in preventing risks in life.

The activity is implemented according to Plan No. 56/KH-UBND dated February 26, 2026 of Nghia Lo Ward People's Committee on building a "No-drug Ward", and is also included in the 2026 work program of the Ward Police force.
This is one of the key contents to strengthen legal propaganda in schools, especially in areas with a large number of boarding students.

At the propaganda session, ward police officers directly disseminated practical content, close to the reality of students' lives.
The focus is on drug prevention and control with the identification of common drugs, tricks to lure and seduce by bad actors and serious consequences for the health and future of young people.
Through this, students are equipped with knowledge to proactively prevent and avoid falling into social evils.
In addition, the content on traffic order and safety is also emphasized, helping students better understand legal regulations when participating in traffic, awareness of wearing helmets, not speeding, not driving vehicles when conditions are not sufficient. Practical and close situations are presented to help students easily absorb and remember.

Notably, the program also integrates propaganda on fire prevention and fighting, rescue and relief associated with drowning prevention and control skills - potential risks in daily life.
Students are instructed on how to handle fire and explosion incidents, accidents, as well as measures to protect themselves and support others in emergencies.

Through activities, students not only consolidate legal knowledge but also raise awareness of self-protection, forming a safe and healthy living habit.
This is also an opportunity for the school and the Police force to strengthen coordination in education and student management, contributing to ensuring security and order right from the grassroots level.
Organizing direct and lively propaganda sessions like this is considered an effective solution, helping to bring the law closer to students, especially highland students, thereby contributing to building a safe school environment, towards the goal of "Phường không ma túy" in 2026.
