The Steering Committee of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" of Khanh Hoa province has just issued a plan to deploy the movement in the province in 2026, with the goal of implementing it synchronously, effectively and avoiding formality.
According to the plan, key tasks are clearly identified, focusing on innovating thinking, content and methods of deploying the movement in the direction of linking to digital transformation, while promoting the self-management role of the community.
Improving the quality of cultural titles will be implemented in accordance with the orientation and strategy of cultural development and building Vietnamese people in the new period.
Along with that, the province focuses on launching practical emulation movements, suitable to the actual conditions of each sector and each locality.
Propaganda and moral and lifestyle education work continues to be promoted; at the same time, resolutely fight against uncultured and deviant behaviors in social life.
The plan also sets out the requirement to effectively integrate the movement with other cultural programs and activities, promoting the role of socio-political organizations in building cultural life at the grassroots level.
In addition, Khanh Hoa province will continue to invest in and complete the system of cultural and sports facilities at the grassroots level; strengthen state management in implementing a civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals.
In particular, the work of preventing and stopping negative phenomena such as early marriage and consanguineous marriage is identified as a task that needs attention.
