On May 25, a working delegation led by Mr. Duong Anh Duc - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee visited the Representative Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Muslim Community and Jami-ul Muslimin Mosque on the occasion of the Great Festival Raya Idil Adha 1147 - Solar 2026.
Mr. Duong Anh Duc - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee sent congratulations to dignitaries, officials, the Representative Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Muslim Community and all Muslim compatriots on the occasion of the Raya Idil Adha Great Celebration. At the same time, he wished the city's Muslim community to welcome the Great Celebration in joy, peace, happiness and prosperity.
Mr. Duong Anh Duc respectfully acknowledged the contributions of the Muslim community in the city in joining hands and uniting with all classes of people to build a civilized, modern, and meaningful Ho Chi Minh City and contribute to the common development of the whole country.
Over the past time, Vietnam has achieved many important achievements in socio-economic development, continuing to affirm its position and positive development momentum. To achieve that result is thanks to the spirit of solidarity, consensus and contributions of the whole society, in which there is the role and positive contribution of the Muslim community.
Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee believes that dignitaries, officials, and Muslim followers will continue to well implement the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State on ethnic affairs and religious affairs; actively participate in social security activities, contributing to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building and promoting the great national unity bloc.
At the same time, he hoped that Muslim compatriots would continue to accompany Ho Chi Minh City in the new period, especially when the city is implementing a 2-level local government model in the direction of building a streamlined apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently; towards improving people's lives, promoting rapid and sustainable development.
