On this occasion, the organizing committee presented handbooks guiding skills in propagating building communes and wards without drugs to delegates.

Through the conference, the Lao Cai Provincial Women's Union aims to promote the role of each female official and member to become active propagandists at home and in the community, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the "Women's Union Without Drugs" model, building communes and wards without drugs, strengthening coordination to protect women and children in the digital environment and maintaining security and order in the locality.
