Information from Naval Region 4 said that on the morning of August 5, in Binh Kien ward, Dak Lak province, Brigade 682, Naval Region 4 opened a specialized Russian language class combined with in-depth training on exploitation of weapons and technical equipment (VKTBKT).
Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duc Khanh, Deputy Brigade Commander, Chief of Staff chaired the opening ceremony and directly taught.


The class aims to equip, consolidate and improve specialized Russian language knowledge, serve research, exploitation, and use of technical documents; and at the same time improve professional qualifications and the ability to master modern VKTBKT for the team of officials and technical staff of the unit.
The learning content focuses on the system of specialized Russian terms, methods of reading and translating technical documents; combined with in-depth training on the process of exploiting, operating, preserving, maintaining and handling situations in the process of using VKTBKT.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duc Khanh requested officials and students to uphold their sense of responsibility, strictly comply with the regulations of the class, proactively research, actively exchange, link theory with practice and effectively apply knowledge to practical work.
Senior Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duc Khanh emphasized that improving specialized foreign language proficiency associated with in-depth training is an important requirement to build a team of cadres and technical staff with bravery and high professional qualifications, meeting the requirements of mastering modern VKTBKT, contributing to improving the quality of training, combat readiness and completing tasks well.
Through the class, Brigade 682 continues to improve the quality of training, build high-quality technical human resources, meeting the requirements of building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern unit, contributing to firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
