On July 15, in Trung Khanh Vinh commune (Khanh Hoa province), the Naval Academy organized the launching ceremony of the "Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign 2026" with the participation of a large number of officials, students and local union members and youth.
According to the plan, from July 15 to 17, the youth of the Naval Academy will implement many practical activities such as participating in building new rural areas; improving the landscape on people's roads, community houses and schools; medical examination and free medicine distribution to policy families and households in difficult circumstances; giving gifts to disadvantaged students; organizing sports, cultural and artistic exchanges.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, officers and students of the Naval Academy coordinated with local forces to clean up the environment, clear bushes, repair rural roads and embellish the landscape in Hon Lay village and Hoa Phuong Kindergarten.
Units also propagate about environmental protection, disaster prevention and control, epidemics; guide life skills, learning skills for young people in the area.
The Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign is an annual activity of the youth of the Naval Academy, contributing to promoting the spirit of pioneering, volunteering for the community, joining hands to build new rural areas, strengthening military-civilian solidarity and spreading the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - Navy soldiers" in the new era in the hearts of the people.
