On the afternoon of November 18, the Party Committee of the An Giang Provincial Border Guard Command held a conference to review 5 years of implementing Plan No. 639 of the Border Guard Command; Plan 01 of the Council for Coordinating the dissemination of legal education on the implementation of the Project "Organizing in-depth training, propagating and disseminating the Vietnam Border Law and detailed regulations for the period 2021 - 2025".
Over the past 5 years, the Party Committee of the Steering Committee has included the implementation of the Project in the regular resolution, leading and directing agencies and units to thoroughly grasp and synchronously deploy policies and solutions to implement the Project.
Based on the above Plan, the unit has proactively implemented tasks and in-depth training for each group of subjects, ensuring correct content, methods and time.
2 direct conferences were held with about 480 participants. The grassroots units have organized more than 812 direct propaganda conferences, through the team of reporters and propagandists at all levels to conduct direct propaganda to more than 30,000 subjects according to the decentralization. The training subjects include: Officers and soldiers in the entire unit, officers and civil servants of organizations, armed forces, people of all walks of life, students in the management unit...
From 2021 to present, affiliated units have conducted 8 awareness surveys, distributing over 4,000 ballots to groups of subjects including: Cadres, unions, residential groups, vehicle owners, fishermen, workers in shipping enterprises. Survey results: The rate of basic understanding of the content of the Border Law will increase from 25% in 2022 to 85% in 2025.
Through the survey, it is possible to accurately identify the groups of subjects that need to focus on propaganda, legal issues that are limited or not unified in awareness, thereby developing more appropriate, practical and effective content, forms and methods of propaganda.
In the period of 2021 - 2025, the unit has focused on the work of compiling, printing and distributing propaganda documents in many diverse forms, such as: fast-paced newspapers, leaflets, billboards, posters, and visual propaganda boards. The thematic drafting introducing the basic content of the Vietnam Border Law includes a presentation, outline, propaganda documents, decrees, circulars guiding the implementation and regulations related to the management and protection of national borders. Advised and organized more than 150 competitions, conventions, and propaganda conferences in the form of dramatization at all levels with the participation of more than 15 thousand people...
Deploying the signing of a coordination agreement with 20 border districts and cities (old Kien Giang and An Giang) in which it was determined that the dissemination of the Law on Border Guard of Vietnam and the detailed documents were the key contents to be implemented synchronously and effectively, creating widespread influence. Agencies, units, departments, branches, sectors, unions, and local authorities have closely coordinated with the Border Guard to develop a plan to implement the Project close to reality.
The implementation of the Project has seen many good models and methods, many typical advanced collectives and individuals.
