On March 25, information from Na Loi Commune Police (Nghe An province) said that the unit had just coordinated with the Commune Youth Union and Na Loi Ethnic Minority Boarding Secondary School to organize the launching ceremony of the "3 together with youth" model, within the framework of Youth Month 2026.
The "3 together with youth" model is built with the content "together care, together reform, together rise up", aiming to mobilize the involvement of the entire political system in managing and educating youth, especially those at risk of violating the law.
At the ceremony, the units signed a coordination program, clearly defining responsibilities in propaganda and dissemination of laws; organizing life skills education activities, orienting healthy lifestyles for students.
At the same time, functional forces will conduct reviews, make lists, manage and support cases of teenagers showing signs of deviation from standards, in order to promptly reform, educate, and limit the risk of violating the law.
According to a representative of Na Loi Commune Police, the highlight of the model is the direct and practical approach. The Police force not only performs the task of ensuring security and order but also directly accompanies youth through activities, exchanges, and experiences.
Thereby, creating closeness, trust, improving the effectiveness of propaganda and education, contributing to preventing crime and social evils right from the grassroots level.
The implementation of the "3 together with youth" model is expected to contribute to building a safe and healthy environment in Na Loi border commune, gradually improving the effectiveness of the all-people movement to protect national security in the new situation.
Na Loi is a border commune of Nghe An province, established in 2025 on the basis of merging Dooc May commune and Na Loi commune (old). The commune has an area of 141.86 km2, a population of more than 4,300 people, including ethnic minorities such as Thai, Mong..., bordering many highland communes and having a border with the Lao PDR. The area is large, the population is dispersed, and the socio-economic conditions are still difficult, posing a potential risk of law violations among young people.
