Comradeship warm house from the Party Committee House model

The "Party Committee House" model has realized the dream of a warm home, imbued with humanity and comradeship in Dam Rong 2 commune.

Originating from Plan No. 4-KH/DU of the Party Committee of Dam Rong 2 commune (Lam Dong), the "Party Committee House" model quickly spread, becoming a solid support for poor party members in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

The spacious and modern one-story house of Ms. Phi Srônh K’In's family, Bang Lang village, Dam Rong 2 commune is the right plan result of the commune Party Committee leaders.

In front of Ms. Phi Srônh K’In's family's house, a red sign with yellow letters is solemnly attached with the words: "Dam Rong 2 Commune Party Committee donates a Party Committee House, a project to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress".

Few people know that before the inauguration of the new home in October 2025, Ms. K'In's family used to live in a wooden house with a rotten corrugated iron roof, and every time it rained, it would leak and wet all the furniture. However, her family has resolutely refused housing support policies for many years.

Talking to reporters, Ms. K'In emotionally confided: "Both husband and wife are party members, so whenever the state has policies to support poor households, near-poor households or households in difficult circumstances, the family does not accept them. Partly because I am a party member, partly because I am still young, still strong, so I will try to overcome it, to give that support to other poor households".

When the Commune Party Committee knew about the situation and mobilized other party members to contribute support, my husband and I were very touched and warmed up when we were protected and shared difficulties by the comrades by our side.

Also because of this psychology of leniency, while other Chil - K'ho ethnic households in the village already have spacious houses, Ms. K'In's family still suffered living in a dilapidated house until receiving 80 million VND in support from the Commune Party Committee's fund in September 2025. Along with this amount of money, the family boldly borrowed more to build a new house.

Ms. K'In's family story originates from the concerns of the local Party Committee. Ms. Phan Thi Cam, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dam Rong 2 commune, said that ethnic minority party members often have very high self-esteem. Despite difficult circumstances, they never want to receive support from the state or socialized funds for the poor.

From that reality, on August 4, 2025, the Party Committee of Dam Rong 2 commune issued Plan No. 4-KH/DU, officially launching party members to contribute to the fund to build the "Party Committee House".

Although the initial target set for the last 5 months of 2025 was to support 1 project, right in September 2025, the Commune Party Committee mobilized enough funds to donate 80 million VND/household to Ms. K'In's family and the family of female Party member Cil Jong K'Grenny (Village 4).

Promoting this spirit, on January 30, 2026, the Party Committee of Dam Rong 2 commune continued to issue Plan 54-KH/DU, mobilizing funds from February to August 2026. The goal is to support at least 2 party member households with particularly difficult housing circumstances.

Up to now, the "Party Committee House" model in Dam Rong 2 commune has spread information to all Party cells and Party organizations in Lam Dong province, adding spirit and willpower for poor Party members to dedicate themselves to the common cause.
