Ea Kao Ward People's Committee (Dak Lak) has just deployed the "Golden Week for Administrative Procedures" model at the Cu E Bong Community Cultural House. This is the second deployment point of the model after the positive results from the pilot phase in Cao Thang residential group, contributing to bringing public administrative services closer to people, according to Dak Lak Provincial e-Portal.
From early morning, a large number of people were present to carry out administrative procedures with the support of ward officials and volunteer students of Tay Nguyen University. In addition to procedures on justice - civil status, residence, land, social security, people were also instructed to open bank accounts, pay online and install digital applications to serve administrative transactions.
According to the leader of Ea Kao Ward People's Committee, the new point of the model is that the government proactively reaches people instead of letting people go to administrative agencies. At the receiving point, officials directly guide, receive dossiers, support the use of online public services and answer questions. Simple dossiers are returned results on the same day, eligible dossiers are prioritized for resolution in the earliest time, no more than 7 days.
Ms. Do Thi Nguyet, Director of the Ea Kao Ward Public Administrative Service Center, said that the deployment in Cu Ebong hamlet has many new support contents. The ward coordinates with banks to help people open Mobile Banking accounts to pay fees and charges online.

Before the organization day, officials also reviewed dossiers, made lists and called to guide people to prepare complete documents; dossiers under the provincial authority were all specifically consulted on the implementation process.
To make the model effective, the Cu E Bong village self-management board promotes propaganda through loudspeaker systems, social networks and directly to each household. According to Ms. H'Bat Nie, Village Head of Cu E Bong village, more than 170 people have registered to implement over 200 applications in areas such as electronic identification level 2, ID card renewal, health insurance and land. Resolving procedures right in the locality helps people save significant time and travel costs.
Accompanying the program, students of Tay Nguyen University support people to register, restore VNeID accounts and use digital platforms. H'Num (18 years old, Cu E Bong village) said that being guided wholeheartedly helped her complete her application quickly and conveniently. People hope that the model will continue to be maintained and expanded so that many villages can access modern public administrative services.
