The majority of people highly agreed and excitedly supported the policy of the Central Government, the province and the arrangement plan from 37 villages to 14 villages of the commune.
Not only creating conditions to streamline organizational focal points, the village arrangement also contributes to restructuring the contingent of grassroots officials in a streamlined and effective direction, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new period.
Currently, Pho Bang commune has 289 people participating in work in the village, of which 90 are non-specialized workers holding the titles of Secretary of the Party Cell, Village Head, Head of the Fatherland Front Work Committee and 199 people directly participating in work in the village such as heads of mass organizations, secretaries of youth unions, village health workers, agricultural extension workers, veterinarians, security teams, village team leaders...
According to the arrangement plan, after reducing from 37 villages to 14 villages, the number of non-specialized workers will decrease from 90 to 42 people; the number of people directly participating in work in the village will decrease from 199 to 112 people.
