In the first 9 months of 2025, Quang Chieu commune has focused on synchronously implementing 3 National Target Programs including: new rural construction; sustainable poverty reduction; socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
The total capital implemented in the commune is more than 36.6 billion VND, of which 18.3 billion VND has been disbursed, reaching 50.12% of the plan. Of which, investment capital reached 50% of the plan; career capital reached 36% of the plan. Many essential infrastructure projects and projects to support production development and improve people's lives have been implemented, initially bringing positive results.
For the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas, communes are assigned a capital plan of more than 22.4 billion VND, of which 6.4 billion VND has been disbursed, reaching 28.6%.
Of which, investment capital reached 35% of the plan, career capital reached 34% of the plan. Many transitional projects and new projects are being implemented, focusing on infrastructure construction, production support, and solving social security problems.
The Sustainable Poverty Reduction Program has been allocated more than VND 4.6 billion, disbursed VND 2.7 billion, reaching 58.8% of the plan, mainly for projects to support production and livelihoods for poor and near-poor households.
The new rural construction program was allocated 9.7 billion VND, disbursed 3.4 billion VND, reaching 35% of the plan, focusing on building rural infrastructure and new rural criteria.
The leader of Quang Chieu commune said that in the coming time, the commune needs to focus on speeding up the construction progress of works; strengthening the leadership of Party committees and authorities; improving the capacity to manage and use capital, ensuring publicity and transparency. At the same time, mobilize resources among the people, promote community strength to complete the set targets and tasks.
