In order to ensure that 100% of people are health checked before October 2026 according to the direction of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hung ward coordinated with the ward Health Station to organize a health screening campaign for Buddhist and Buddhist academies in the area. The program takes place on September 6th at Ngoc Quy Retreat (Tan Hung ward), for dignitaries, officials and Buddhists aged 18 and over residing in the locality.

At the festival, a team of doctors and nurses from Ho Chi Minh City University Medical Center directly checked physical fitness, clinically examined 7 specialties including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Otorrinolaryngology, Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Obstetrics and Gynecology and took blood samples for paraclinical tests. After the general check, people were provided with detailed advice on nutrition, instructions on self-care methods, updated electronic health management records and supported with referral procedures when there were in-depth instructions.

Directly participating in the examination, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, a Buddhist resident in Tan Hung ward, shared: "The fact that upper-level doctors come to religious activities to examine patients helps elderly people like me save a lot of travel time. Doctors examine very carefully, explain the results easily, so everyone feels secure.
