On the occasion of the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), from May 19 - 20, the Border Guard Command (BĐBP) of Lam Dong province organized the 2026 Excellent Youth Union cadre and Young Propaganda Officer Contest among the youth of the BĐBP province.
This is an important political forum to foster bravery, skills and arouse the aspiration to contribute of the Border Guard youth at the forefront of the Fatherland.
The contest gathered 67 propagandists and actors from agencies and units in the Provincial Border Guard force, along with union members and youth from affiliated units.
With the spirit of solidarity, pioneering and creativity, the teams brought many rich contents, closely following the political tasks of the unit and the practical work in border areas and islands.
The contest contents focused on propagating the Party Congress Resolutions at all levels, tasks of protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security, building comprehensively strong units "Exemplary, typical", fighting against wrong views in cyberspace and studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.
The highlight of the Contest is the creativity in the method of expression, the teams combined oral propaganda with stage performance, music and visual images to create strong spread.
Many entries impressed by their ability to deeply relate to reality, truthfully reflecting the image of green-uniformed soldiers clinging to the border and territory day and night, firmly maintaining the sacred border sovereignty of the Fatherland.
In addition, the participation of youth union members of affiliated units further contributes to strengthening military-civilian solidarity, building a solid people's heart posture in border areas and islands.
Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, an 11th-grade student at Hoa Da High School, Phan Ri Cua commune, Lam Dong province, is one of the excellent propagandists at the Contest, sharing "Through the Contest, I understand more about the silent contributions of the Border Guard force in protecting territorial sovereignty, national border security as well as in helping people and building localities.
After 2 days of taking place sôi nổi, responsible and full of enthusiasm, the 2026 Excellent Youth Union Official and Young Propaganda Officer Contest among young people of the Border Guard Command of Lam Dong province was a great success.
