The delegation of the Border Guard Command (BGB) of Dong Thap province, led by Colonel Nguyen Thanh Hoa, Commander, just concluded a meeting to summarize the results of cooperation in 2025 with the Gendarmerie Command and the Military Sub-region of Prey Veng province, Kingdom of Cambodia.
At the talks, the two sides assessed the results of coordination in border management and protection, maintaining security and order in border areas in the past time; and exchanged information related to the coordination in fighting and preventing crimes, illegal entry and exit, and ensuring border security.
The two sides agreed to continue to maintain good coordination mechanisms, regularly exchange information, conduct bilateral patrols and support each other in promptly handling arising incidents, contributing to building a border line of peace, friendship, cooperation and development.
On this occasion, the working delegation also signed a memorandum of cooperation for 2026 with Cambodia.
