From May 21 to 25, 110 officers and professional soldiers of subjects 3 and 4 of agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command and the Military Commands of 12 districts, towns and cities are directly monitoring ethnic work, regularly interacting and working with ethnic minorities who are introduced, fostered, and studying 6 topics such as:
Ethnic minority communities and ethnic relations in Vietnam; the Party's views, guidelines and policies on the nation and ethnic work; State laws and policies on socio -economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas; ensure national defense and security in ethnic minority and mountainous areas; culture of ethnic minorities in Vietnam; The grassroots political system of ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Vietnam today.
Through this training, it is aimed at improving the understanding of knowledge, culture and customs of ethnic minorities, ethnic policies of the Party and State; improving methods, skills, and experience in propagating and mobilizing people in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for officers and professional soldiers of the unit to regularly contact and work in areas with a large number of ethnic minorities.
At the same time, propagating and encouraging ethnic minorities to actively participate in the construction and defense of the Fatherland; contributing to creating social consensus, strengthening the strengthening of the people's confidence with the Party, the State and the Army; Struggling to counter wrong and hostile views, contributing to the successful implementation of the task of building and defending the Fatherland in the new situation.
