Giving gifts to poor households and policy families in Chau Loc commune

    Nghe An - Activities to give gifts to poor households are being implemented by the Fatherland Front Committee of Chau Loc commune along with many social security programs, towards major holidays in April.

    To practically celebrate the success of the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term, People's Councils at all levels for the 2026–2031 term; celebrating the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South, the 140th anniversary of International Labor Day May 1, the 136th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh and towards the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Party Committee, government and Fatherland Front Committee of Chau Loc commune have implemented many meaningful activities.

    In which, the program of giving gifts to poor and near-poor households, policy families and difficult cases with 60 gifts, with a total budget of 30 million VND, is outstanding.

    In addition to giving gifts to poor households, the locality also implements 33 livelihood models of animal husbandry to support people to develop the economy, improve income, and move towards sustainable poverty reduction.

    At the same time, a Great Solidarity house has been started to be built for poor households in Khot Xai village, with a support fund of 70 million VND from socialization sources.

    The activities of giving gifts and taking care of social security in Chau Loc are not only practical but also contribute to consolidating people's trust and strengthening the great national unity bloc.
