The program is organized by the Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Youth Union of the Insurance Management and Supervision Department (Ministry of Finance), the Youth Union of the National Children's Hospital and the Ha Tinh Provincial Tax Department.
At the program, the organizers examined, distributed medicine and gave gifts to more than 600 children.

The organizing committee also presented many meaningful gifts and projects, including: 90 sets of computers, iPads, learning equipment; supported equipment, tables and chairs, computers for 3 computer rooms, 2 semi-boarding kitchens for schools; donated 30 bicycles to help students in difficult circumstances; inaugurated the lighting project...
The total cost of the program for free medical examination, medicine distribution and gifts is 1.1 billion VND.

This is a practical activity, showing the spirit of social responsibility, the joint efforts of all levels, sectors and the business community in caring for children in border areas so that they have better health and learning conditions.
