On May 21, a working delegation of the Military Command (CHQS) of An Giang province led by Colonel Cao Minh Tam, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, visited and inspected the results of the task of searching for and repatriating martyrs' remains of Team K93 who are on duty and stationed in Ta Keo province, Kingdom of Cambodia.
Reporting to the working delegation, the commander of Team K93 said that in phase XXV (dry season 2025 – 2026), the unit has searched and collected 76 sets of martyrs' remains; including 15 sets domestically and 61 sets in Cambodia, identifying the identity of 1 martyr. On May 19, the unit continued to collect 2 sets of martyrs' remains from the anti-American period in Kampong Speu province.
Notably, in the short time of deploying tasks in Cambodia, officers and soldiers of Team K93 continuously searched for and gathered many sets of martyrs' remains, contributing to accelerating the progress of task implementation in phase XXV. The above results demonstrate the spirit of responsibility, determination and efforts to overcome difficulties of officers and soldiers of the unit in harsh weather conditions, complex terrain and increasingly limited information sources.

Speaking at the inspection, Colonel Cao Minh Tam praised the spirit of responsibility and dedication of officers and soldiers of Team K93 in performing particularly important political tasks. The comrade emphasized that the search and repatriation of many martyrs' remains in a short time is a very commendable result, contributing to deeply expressing the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for noble international duty.
The Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command requested that in the coming time, Team K93 continue to closely coordinate with the government, armed forces and local people to promote propaganda, collection, and verification of information; focus on expanding the search area, improving the efficiency of gathering, and at the same time ensuring absolute safety for people and vehicles in the process of performing tasks.
