Presentation of the content of the 9th session, the XV National Assembly, Mr. Le Quan - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Hanoi National University - said that the 9th session, the XV National Assembly will focus on constitutional and legislative work; Consider and decide on socio -economic issues, state budget, supervision and other important issues.
Accordingly, with the content of the work of making the Constitution and making laws, the session will focus on reviewing and deciding to amend and supplement a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution; reviewing and approving 30 Laws and 7 Resolutions; giving opinions on 6 draft laws.
With the content of reviewing and deciding socio -economic issues, the state budget, supervision and other important issues, the meeting will consider and decide on socio -economic issues, the state budget; consider and approve the Resolution of the National Assembly on the merger of the provincial administrative unit; consider and decide the establishment of the National Election Council and elected the Chairman of the National Election Council; ratify the proposal of the Chairman of the National Election Council on the list of Vice Chairman of the National Election Council and Member of the National Election Council.
At the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Truc Anh - Member of the Party Committee, Secretary of Hoai Duc District Party Committee - reported the recommendations of voters under the jurisdiction of the National Assembly, the Government, ministries and central branches; The jurisdiction of the People's Committee of Hanoi City at the first time meeting with voters.
At the conference, voters were interested in the merger of ward and commune units; the issue of using district and commune-level facilities after dissolutions and mergers to effectively use, avoiding waste; the issue of high-tech crimes, cyber security and information security (impersonating police officers, electricity officers, tax officers... causing many damages to the people);
Environmental pollution, air pollution, water pollution; on education quality; on amending the law on military service, on compliance with legal regulations on military service performance; on violations in land management and use; on granting land use right certificates; preliminary assessment of the role of district level in the development of the country.
