Previously, at about 10:15 am on the same day, Ms. Di Thi Hoi (born 2002, residing in 12 ha area, Hoang Thu Pho village, Si Ma Cai commune) picked up a phone on the road behind the Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center of Si Ma Cai commune. Immediately after that, she brought the property to the Commune Police to ask for help in finding the person who lost it.
After receiving it, Si Ma Cai Commune Police quickly verified and identified the owner of the phone as Ms. Ly Thi Phan (born in 1981, residing in Coc Pha village, Si Ma Cai commune). The police force contacted and guided Ms. Phan to the headquarters to complete procedures to receive the property back.
Receiving her lost phone back, Ms. Ly Thi Phan expressed her joy and thanked Ms. Di Thi Hoi and Si Ma Cai Commune Police officers for promptly supporting and returning the property.
