A beautiful action has just spread in Tuyen Quang province when Mr. Quan Van Ha (residing in Lac Nong village, Bac Me commune) proactively handed over the wallet he picked up containing 15 million VND in cash and many important papers for the police force to find the person who lost it.
On July 23, Tuyen Quang Provincial Police said that while moving on National Highway 34 through Yen Phu village, Bac Me commune, Mr. Ha discovered a wallet dropped on the roadside. Checking inside, there were 15 million VND in cash and many personal papers.
Without hesitation, Mr. Ha brought all his assets to Bac Me Commune Police to report, and at the same time requested functional forces to verify and return them to the correct owner.
Upon receiving the information, Bac Me Commune Police quickly verified and identified the owner of the wallet as Mr. Dao Thanh Ba, residing in Bo Cung village, Bac Me commune. Immediately after that, all the money and papers were fully returned to the victim.
Receiving his property back, Mr. Dao Thanh Ba expressed his joy, emotion and sent his thanks to Mr. Quan Van Ha and the Bac Me Commune Police force for promptly supporting and helping him find his property.
According to Tuyen Quang Provincial Police, Mr. Quan Van Ha's actions are a beautiful gesture, showing the spirit of honesty, responsibility and community awareness.
