On March 21, in A Luoi 3 commune (Hue City), the Hue City Border Guard Command coordinated with the Hue City Youth Union and units to organize the "March Border" program, deploying many practical activities towards people in border areas.
In Phu Xuan village, the program has inaugurated and put into use the "National Flag Road" project and the youth project "Border Light". These are meaningful projects, contributing to embellishing the rural face of the border area, improving the spiritual and cultural life of the people, and at the same time spreading the patriotism and sense of responsibility of the young generation in participating in managing and protecting border sovereignty.

Within the framework of the program, the Organizing Committee presented gifts (30 gifts) to policy families and poor households in difficult circumstances; awarded 6 scholarships to poor students overcoming difficulties and 3 scholarships under the program "Raising Steps for Children to School". The gifts contributed to encouraging and adding motivation for people and students in border areas to strive to rise up.
Through the program, propaganda and education work has been promoted, contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of cadres, soldiers, union members, and youth in performing the task of protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security.
At the same time, promote the pioneering role of youth in participating in socio-economic development, caring for people's lives, consolidating national defense and security, and building an increasingly strong all-people border defense posture.
