On July 6, Trieu Van Border Guard Station coordinated with Nam Cua Viet Commune People's Committee, Trieu Co Commune People's Committee and members of Tran Tinh Volunteer Group to organize a program to give gifts to policy families, poor households and poor students overcoming difficulties in the unit's stationed area. This is a meaningful activity to celebrate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026).
At the program, the organizers presented a total of 300 gifts to beneficiaries. Among them, 200 gifts including food and essential necessities were handed directly to policy households and poor households to support daily life.
At the same time, the program presented 100 gifts to poor students overcoming difficulties in the area, each gift including backpacks, clothes, notebooks and school supplies to prepare for the new school year. On this occasion, Trieu Van Border Guard Station also presented meaningful gifts to students in the program "Raising Steps for Children to School - Foster Children of the Border Guard Station" sponsored and cared for by the unit.
The gifts presented, although not of great material value, contain the feelings and responsibilities of border guard officers and soldiers and units, philanthropists for people in coastal areas. Through this, promptly encouraging and adding motivation to help poor households and students rise up in life.
This coordination activity also contributes to effectively implementing the work of caring for the material and spiritual life of the people, promoting the tradition of mutual affection, and at the same time consolidating the close blood ties between the Border Guard force and local Party committees and authorities, building an increasingly stable and developed sea border area.
