To celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South, national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026) and International Labor Day May 1, on April 28, Mr. Le Minh Hung - Member of the Politburo, Prime Minister - led the Government's working delegation to visit and present gifts to policy families, poor people and workers in difficult circumstances in Hai Phong city.
At the City Conference - Performance Center, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung met and presented gifts to policy families, poor students overcoming difficulties and workers in particularly difficult circumstances.

Cordially inquiring about the living and working conditions of people and workers, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung expressed his sympathy for the hardships that workers are facing.
He emphasized that the Party and State always pay special attention and care for the lives of vulnerable people, ensuring social security so that "no one is left behind".

The Prime Minister encouraged people and workers to continue to strive to rise up in life, actively work and produce to contribute to the overall development of the city and the country.
In the working program, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and wounded soldiers at their private homes. Visiting Vietnamese Heroic Mother Pham Thi Han (residing in Residential Group 3, Luu Kiem Ward) and Vietnamese Heroic Mother Dinh Thi Be (residing in Khanh Hoi area, Nam Dong Ward), the Prime Minister, on behalf of the Party and State, expressed his deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of the Mothers to the cause of national liberation and reunification.

The Prime Minister wishes the Mothers always good health, longevity, and to be bright examples and solid spiritual support for their children and grandchildren to follow.
Next, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung visited the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Tap, a wounded soldier with a body injury rate of 44% in Dai Luong village, Gia Phuc commune. Here, the Prime Minister cordially inquired about the health and life of the family and wished the wounded soldier to continue to promote the tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", overcome difficulties, and set an example in implementing the Party's guidelines, policies, laws of the State and local movements.
Moved by the personal concern of the Prime Minister and the Government Working Delegation, representatives of policy families and workers respectfully thanked the warm feelings and timely encouragement of Party and State leaders; and promised to continue to promote revolutionary traditions, strive to rise up in life and labor, contributing to building Hai Phong to become increasingly sustainable.
