On the afternoon of November 27, in Phu Quoc special zone, An Giang province, the Coast Guard Region 4 Command held a launching ceremony for the acceleration emulation campaign, making a breakthrough in successfully completing the goals and tasks to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946 - January 6, 2026), the 14th National Party Congress; the peak of the fight against crime, drugs, human trafficking; against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit goods before, during and after the Lunar New Year of Binh Ngo in 2026.
With the spirit of "High determination, drastic action, practical effectiveness", this emulation period, agencies and units in the entire Command of the Region focus on implementing well the following contents and targets: Raising awareness, responsibility, unification in the will and actions of officers and soldiers; firmly protecting the independence and sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland; determined and resolute in carrying out the task of preventing illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing; strictly managing and grasping the developments of crime and violations in the assigned area and sea areas, resolutely fighting, strictly handling, strictly following principles and procedures; strengthening propaganda work to help people clearly understand and strictly comply with the law; each agency and unit actively organized activities to celebrate the 14th National Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress...
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Major General Nguyen Van Dung - Party Secretary, Political Commissar, Chairman of the Emulation and Reward Council of the Coast Guard Region 4 Command called on officers and soldiers in the entire Region Command to uphold the awareness of self-reliance, self-strengthening, dynamism, solidarity, creativity, and determination to effectively implement the contents and targets of the Emulation Round. Thereby contributing to building exemplary clean and strong Party committees and organizations at all levels; comprehensively strong and comprehensive agencies and units that are "exemplary", successfully completing all assigned tasks.
At the launching ceremony, representatives of agencies and units in the entire Regional Command signed the emulation agreement, demonstrating the highest responsibility and determination in the Emulation Campaign.
