On July 22, the Party Committee of Thuan An commune (Lam Dong) solemnly held the 1st Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term.
The congress was attended by Mr. Huynh Ngoc Anh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, along with leaders of departments, branches and many Party members living in the area.

The Thuan An Commune Party Committee was established on the basis of merging the Party Committees of Thuan An and Dak Lao communes (belonging to Dak Mil district, old Dak Nong province). This is a border commune of Lam Dong province bordering the Kingdom of Cambodia.
The commune Party Committee currently has 37 party groups, grassroots party cells and directly-run party cells, with 963 party members, 93% of party cells have party committees and 100% of villages have party cells.
Over the past term, the Party Committee, government and people in the area have exploited the potential and strengths in their efforts to strive to achieve the goals and targets set by the resolution.
Rural infrastructure and socio-economic infrastructure are being invested in and built new rural areas that meet the resolution's targets.

Regarding the direction and key tasks of the Commune Party Committee in the new term, Mr. Le Van Hoang - Secretary of the Thuan An Commune Party Committee - said: "We set a target for the locality to strive for an average economic growth of 9.5%/year; average income per capita of 75.5 million VND/person/year; State budget revenue increases by an average of over 10% annually".
According to Mr. Hoang, at the same time, the commune will focus on exploiting revenue sources well, collecting correctly, fully and promptly State budget revenues. The locality effectively manages and uses construction investment capital, increasing budget expenditure for development investment.
In particular, in the coming years, the commune will focus resources on prioritizing budget expenditures to serve the task of socio-economic development, ensuring security - defense, and building essential infrastructure.
"We will focus on creating conditions for the development of the private economy and the collective economy. Thereby, promoting economic development, ensuring social security, eliminating hunger and reducing poverty to build advanced new rural areas," Mr. Hoang emphasized.

Head of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Huynh Ngoc Anh suggested that the Commune Party Committee soon stabilize the organization, build a great solidarity bloc, unify will and action.
The new Party Executive Committee of the commune needs to focus on leading and directing the extensive dissemination of the correct policies of the Party, the policies and laws of the State on the arrangement of administrative units, and building local governments at both levels.

According to Mr. Huynh Ngoc Anh, with the spirit of "clear people, clear work, clear responsibilities, clear products, clear results, clear deadlines, clear roadmaps", the Commune Party Committee needs to focus on socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and improving people's lives.
"The Commune Party Committee needs to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations in conjunction with building a team of cadres and Party members with bright, talented, highly intelligent, close to the people, and responsible for the people...", Mr. Huynh Ngoc Anh added.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Dak Nong Provincial Party Committee (old) announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Thuan An Commune Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 21 people. Of which, the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee consists of 8 people. Mr. Le Van Hoang holds the position of Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of the commune; Mr. Nguyen Tien Phuc holds the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Mr. Phan Ba Tinh holds the position of Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee.
