On January 13, the Quang Tri Border Guard Command said that Con Roang Border Guard Station and Ca Roong Border Guard Station had just coordinated with Thuong Trach Commune People's Committee to organize the "Border Spring - Warm Hearts of Villagers" Program.
The program aims to respond to the movement "The whole country joins hands for the poor - Don't leave anyone behind", taking care of the material and spiritual life of policy families, poor households, households in difficult circumstances and poor students overcoming difficulties in Thuong Trach border commune.
Key activities include visiting and giving gifts to policy families; offering incense at the Truong Son Heroic Martyrs Memorial - Route 20 Quyet Thang; starting construction of 42 houses in village 39 and inaugurating the Great Solidarity House in village 61.

In parallel with that are activities rich in humanistic meaning such as the "0 VND" fair, cultural and artistic exchanges, folk games, the "Green Banh Chung" festival, traditional campfires, creating a joyful atmosphere and connecting the community.
The organizing committee also deployed medical examinations, health consultations, free medicine distribution; free haircuts according to the "Border Guard Scissors" model; and presented Tet gifts to 876 households in 20 villages and 81 students in the programs "Leaving Children to School", "Children Raising Border Guard Stations" and the project "Cadres and soldiers of the Army lifting Children to School".
Through the program, the image of the Border Guard soldier continues to be deeply engraved in the hearts of the people, contributing to consolidating trust, fostering the people's hearts, creating a solid foundation for protecting national sovereignty and border security.
