On April 11, at the Training - Mobile Battalion, the Border Guard Command of Hue City organized the 5th "Vietnamese Book and Reading Culture Day" in 2026, attracting a large number of officers, soldiers and students to participate.
The program became a meaningful festival, especially with 120 new soldiers and students of Ton That Bach Secondary School (Kim Long ward). Here, many exciting activities were deployed such as book displays and introductions, organizing the "Golden Bell" game to learn knowledge, contributing to spreading messages about reading culture such as "Books - Knowledge - Aspiration to develop the country".
On this occasion, the City Border Guard Command presented 300 book titles to the unit, including many books on law, contributing to raising awareness and skills for officers and soldiers.
According to leaders of the City Border Guard Command, the activities aim to develop the reading movement, improve spiritual life, and at the same time foster knowledge and qualities for officers and soldiers according to the "Uncle Ho's Soldiers" model.
