Previously, on May 8, Cam Nhan Commune Police received information from Mr. Truong Minh Duc (born 2004, residing in Lang Lanh village, Cam Nhan commune, Lao Cai province) about his bank account suddenly receiving 100 million VND in the afternoon of May 7.
According to the transaction content, the money was transferred from a Techcombank bank account named Nguyen Van Quang, with the content "alis TRUONG MINH DUC".
Immediately after receiving the information, Cam Nhan Commune Police quickly verified and clarified that the owner of the money transfer account was Mr. Nguyen Van Quang (born 1992, residing in Hoa Xuan ward, Da Nang city).
After the process of contacting, exchanging and guiding the parties to coordinate in resolving, under the witness of the Commune Police, Mr. Truong Minh Duc transferred the entire amount of 100 million VND to Mr. Nguyen Van Quang.
According to Lao Cai Provincial Police, Mr. Duc's actions showed a spirit of honesty and responsibility, contributing to spreading a beautiful image in the community. At the same time, the incident also showed the role of the grassroots police force in promptly supporting people to resolve arising situations.
