Towards the 80th anniversary of the establishment of forces in the People's Police and in response to the "3 most" emulation movement, the Police of Hanh Phuc and Lam Thuong communes (Lao Cai province) have implemented many practical social security and mass mobilization activities, creating a beautiful impression in the hearts of the people with specific and close actions.
On April 20, Lao Cai Provincial Police said that the series of activities was proactively built by units, associated with local practice, focusing on vulnerable groups, students in difficult areas and households with special circumstances.
Previously, on April 18, Hanh Phuc Commune Police coordinated to organize a program to visit and give gifts at Trong Khua school point, Hoa Hong Kindergarten. Here, 97 students were given essential necessities with a total value of about 50 million VND.
These gifts, although not large, are of practical significance, contributing to improving learning and living conditions for young children in areas with many shortages.
Not stopping at material support, the activity also shows the concern and responsibility of the grassroots police force for the work of caring for and educating children, especially in remote and isolated areas.
A day earlier, on the morning of April 17, Lam Thuong Commune Police organized a series of people's mobilization activities rich in humanity with the participation of all 3 professional teams.
At Khanh Thien Kindergarten, the General Department coordinated with the school to organize the "Nutrition with Children" program, directly cooking lunch for 302 students.
A noteworthy point is that all food such as chickens, pumpkins, gourds... are self-raised and cultivated by officers and soldiers. The source of clean and safe food not only improves the quality of meals but also demonstrates the spirit of self-reliance, responsibility and dedication of the Police force towards the young generation.
On the same day, the Regional Police Team visited, encouraged and presented gifts to the family of Ms. Nong Thi Ma (born in 1975, residing in Tong Ang village), a single household, with congenital disabilities, and in particularly difficult circumstances.
Meanwhile, the Crime Prevention and Control Police Team organized a visit to the family of Mr. Hoang Van Can (born in 1974, Hin Lan village), who is blind in both eyes and his son is congenitally disabled.
The total value of gifts for the two families is 2 million VND. The unit also supported the Kindergarten with 10kg of chicken and 10kg of pumpkin grown by the commune police force.
The specific and practical actions of the Police of Hanh Phuc and Lam Thuong communes not only help people alleviate immediate difficulties, but also contribute to spreading the beautiful image of the Police soldier "serving the People".
From small gifts, warm meals to timely visits, the grassroots police force is gradually building trust and tightening the close relationship between the Police and the People - an important foundation to maintain security and order right from the grassroots level.
