On June 10, Lao Cai Provincial Police said that Gia Hoi Commune Police had just coordinated with philanthropists to organize a free haircut program and give gifts to children in difficult circumstances in the commune.
The activity is implemented to respond to the "Three Bests" emulation movement in the Provincial Police force with the motto "closest to the people, closest to the grassroots", contributing to spreading the image of police officers serving the people.

Accordingly, on June 8, in Ta Lanh village, commune police officers and volunteers directly participated in free haircuts for more than 30 people. The program attracted the response of a large number of local people, especially children and the elderly.
Although it is a simple activity, it is of practical significance, helping people access charity services right at their place of residence, while strengthening the connection between the Police force and the People.
Along with the free haircut activity, Gia Hoi Commune Police and philanthropists presented 11 gifts to disadvantaged children in the area. Each gift worth 100,000 VND was sent to children whose relatives are pursuing rehabilitation decisions.

Although the gifts are not large in material terms, they show the concern and sharing of the Police force and the community with children in particularly difficult circumstances, contributing to encouraging them to continue striving in their studies and life.
Local people highly appreciate the meaningful actions of Gia Hoi Commune Police. Through activities towards grassroots levels, the Police force not only performs well the task of ensuring security and order but also actively participates in social security work, taking care of people's lives.
This is one of the practical activities of Gia Hoi Commune Police to strengthen close ties with the People, build a solid people's security posture from the grassroots level, and at the same time spread the spirit of responsibility and humanity of police officers in the hearts of the people.
