In the sacred atmosphere of celebrating the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026), on May 2, Lao Cai Provincial Police said that Mu Cang Chai Commune Police had coordinated with Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 to deploy social security activities with the theme "Ba Nhat Shelter".
The activity was organized on the morning of April 30, 2026, aiming to support families in difficult circumstances, contributing to improving living conditions, especially before the upcoming rainy and storm season.

At the program, the forces mobilized social resources to help the family of Mr. Giang A Tru (born in 1979, residing in La Phu Kho village) carry out the solidification of the house.
The support volume includes 15m3 of sand and gravel, 2 tons of cement, 1,000 bricks and the direct participation of 12 turns of officers, soldiers, and union members in one working day.
Mr. Tru's family is a family with revolutionary traditions. His father - Mr. Giang Cha Thong - used to be a frontline civilian in the anti-American resistance war, and was awarded the Third-class Resistance Medal by the State.
Continuing that tradition, Mr. Tru's son, Giang A Cong (born in 2007), is currently serving in the military, contributing to continuing the tradition of serving the Fatherland of the family.

Supporting the construction and repair of houses is not only of material significance but also shows the concern and sharing of the People's Police force with people in difficult areas.
Through this, the image of a police officer who is close to the people, respects the people, and serves the People continues to be clearly depicted.
The "Ba Nhat Shelter" program is also a practical activity in the "Ba Nhat" emulation movement, contributing to improving the effectiveness of mass mobilization work and strengthening the close relationship between the police force and the people.
From the beginning of 2026 to now, Mu Cang Chai Commune Police has implemented 15 meaningful projects and tasks in the area, contributing to ensuring social security and building an image of a force that is increasingly regular, elite, and modern.
