Duck soup is ranked 40th in the top 50 duck dishes in the world.
The culinary website Taste Atlas describes duck blood pudding as a popular variation of traditional Vietnamese soup, made from fresh, thick duck blood pudding.

Topping the 50 best duck dishes in the world ranking is Beijing roast duck - a dish from the Nguyen Dynasty, famous for its crispy golden skin and soft, juicy meat.
