The 2025 Da Nang Food Tour Festival takes place until April 1. This is one of many festival activities of the city to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Da Nang City Party Committee and the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang City.
The opening program took place in a vibrant atmosphere with special art performances such as the flashmob "Happy with the Kitchen", the bartender performance, the noodle pulling and the impressive lightening ceremony marking the official opening moment.
In particular, the Da Nang chefs Club also officially launched at the event, creating a playground connecting professional chefs, promoting the development of cuisine to become a unique tourism product.

Speaking at the opening of the festival, Ms. Truong Thi Hong Hanh - Director of the Department of Tourism of Da Nang City - said that in the first 2 months of 2025, the total number of guests served by accommodation establishments is estimated at nearly 1.6 million, an increase of 18.3%; of which, international tourists are estimated at 835,700, an increase of 48.3%, domestic tourists are estimated at 731,800.
Revenue from accommodation, food and beverage, and travel in the first 2 months of 2025 is estimated at more than VND5.2 trillion, up 21% over the same period in 2024. In particular, food and beverage revenue reached nearly VND3,000 billion, up 18.6% over the same period.
Da Nang Food Tour 2025 will be a typical annual event of the city's tourism to promote and develop Da Nang as a unique culinary tourism destination on the world tourism map, contributing to continuing to affirm Da Nang - Destination of the leading festival and event in Asia while contributing to creating new tourism products to attract and serve tourists - Director of Da Nang City Department of Tourism said.
