Battle Trip is a popular travel reality show in Korea. When participating in this program, famous artists will be able to explore and experience the culture and cuisine of famous tourist destinations throughout Asia such as Thailand, Japan...
In the episode exploring the coastal city of Ha Long, Vietnam, actor Park Jun Gyu and young singer Sandeul (member of music group B1A4) expressed their surprise and love for grilled goat stew, even affirming that this is a delicious dish. The most delicious meat I've ever eaten in my life.

Two characters experience tasting goat meat at Nhat Ly hot pot restaurant. This is one of the famous restaurants specializing in goat meat opened since 1994.
Actor Park Jun Gyu said that goat meat has long been considered a healthy food, and was even used to nourish the queen after giving birth in the ancient royal court. To make it easier to imagine, the goat meat dish is quite similar to the current Korean chicken stew with ginseng.

Two Korean guests ordered grilled goat with lemon and grilled goat stew. Grilled goat with lemon is served first, priced at 125,000 VND/plate. The two diners seemed quite confused because the dish had too many traditional Vietnamese ingredients and spices such as lemongrass, ginger, chili... and sesame sprinkled on top.
Restaurant staff instructed two Korean diners to eat by rolling goat meat and raw vegetables into chopped rice paper. Both were surprised because even without dipping in water, the rice paper would still soften when rolled into food. The goat meat will be dipped in soy sauce to make the flavor more suitable.
The two artists both expressed interest in the dish of rare goat meat with lemon and affirmed that they had never tasted this flavor in Korea. Actor Park Jun Gyu commented that the dish resembles meat in beef bone soup or pork salad because the skin of the goat meat is chewy and crispy like pork leg meat.

However, the most appreciated dish is grilled goat stew. Goat sprouts are peachy pink in color, not marinated with too many spices but retain the original fresh flavor. A full plate of goat meat costs 105,000 VND.
Actor Park Jun Gyu shared that he had eaten stewed goat meat in Korea but the taste was completely different: "This tastes like a very high-class meat dish." According to him, the goat meat is soft, not dry, chewy and "surprisingly delicious".

To eliminate the bad smell of goat meat, Koreans often add a lot of spices to the dish. But the goat meat here is still delicious even though it is grilled without any seasoning.
“I have never eaten anything like this in my life. This meat is more delicious than any other type of meat," actor Park Jun Gyu shared. Singer Sandeul also agreed: "Seriously, this is the best meat I've ever eaten in my life."
Two Korean diners praised Vietnamese goat meat and ended the delicious meal. Both agreed that if you want to eat goat, you must definitely try grilled pork because this is one of the most delicious and worthy cuts of meat.
