The world-famous culinary site TasteAtlas has announced a list of 33 best dishes in the world made from squid. Notably, the sunned average in Vietnam is also on this list.
Ranked 10th, squid is the only dish from Vietnamese squid. Sunflower is a famous specialty of Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan province.

The fresh leaves after cleaning are exposed to the sun for a day, helping to drain the outside but still retain moisture inside. The typical sunny and windy climate conditions of Phan Thiet along with the high salinity of the sea water have created a special flavor for the sunflower here.
Sunflower squid can be processed into many attractive dishes such as grilled charcoal, steamed beer, stir-fried onions, fried fish sauce, grilled... When enjoyed, sunflower squid is often dipped in chili sauce or green chili salt, adding a rich flavor.

In addition to Vietnamese sun-dried squid, some familiar squid-based dishes from Asian countries such as salted squid (China), grilled squid covered with Ikayaki soy sauce (Japan), stir-fried squid (Korea) ... are also on the list.
First place is Kalamar Tava - a flavor dish made from Turkish squid. The squash is marinated in water with carbon fiber, baking soda and lemon juice to soften, then covered with cornstarch and fried until crispy.
