The seafood noodle shop on Chua Lang Street (Dong Da, Hanoi) attracts many diners who love fresh seafood.
Mr. Tran Van Quan (Dong Da, Hanoi) - owner of a seafood noodle shop, said: "My hometown is in the coastal area of Nam Dinh, where there is an abundant source of seafood. Therefore, I decided to open a seafood noodle shop not only to bring customers delicious dishes, but also to introduce the typical flavors of my hometown."
The owner said that in addition to vegetables such as enoki mushrooms and bok choy, a bowl of seafood vermicelli at the restaurant also has shrimp, squid, mantis shrimp and fish cakes. All seafood ingredients are imported from Nam Dinh and have certificates of origin.
According to the owner, the broth is made from vegetables and dried shrimp instead of bones, because seafood provides a lot of protein. Therefore, the broth has a sweet, rich taste but is not too spicy.
Ms. Pham Ngoc Linh (Dong Da, Hanoi) - a regular customer of the restaurant, shared: “I often come here to enjoy seafood noodles. The seafood ingredients here are always fresh and delicious, creating a satisfying feeling. What I like most is the sweet and sour broth, which is just right for me. Not only that, the restaurant also keeps it clean, making me feel more secure when enjoying it.”
Mr. Bui Tung Duong (Dong Da, Hanoi) - another diner, said: "A bowl of seafood noodles here has all the ingredients such as shrimp, squid, and mantis shrimp. The broth is rich and suitable for my taste. The price is reasonable so I will come back here to enjoy it many more times."
A full bowl of seafood noodles costs 45,000 VND. In addition to seafood noodles, the restaurant also serves fish noodle soup for 30,000 VND/bowl.
